To Set Aside the order passed in Crl.A.No. 45 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni Dt. 01.12.2020 by confirming the judgement passed in S.T.C. No. 6 of 2018 on the file of the JM, FTC. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN.R.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SIVAPRAKASH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16417 of 2022 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.1287 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022.

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 12.06.2023, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Theni, has submitted a report dated 19.06.2023 stating that the petitioner in pursuance of the direction of this Court has been signing before the said court on first working day of every week from 02.01.2023 to 12.06.2023.

3. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the

condition is fully relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
