O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2017, for giving police protection to the petitioner Pallivasal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that there is a dispute between two groups with regard to run the Management of the Wakf and it is a civil dispute and the second respondent has already considered the representation of the petitioner and passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an order directing the parties to approach the Revenue authorities to resolve the dispute.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner's representation has already been considered by the second respondent, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
