[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] When the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing Counsel for the Government submitted that the respondents/Police secured the detenue on 11.8.2021 and handed over the custody to the Petitioner/Mother, on the same day. 2.Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner also submitted that the custody of the detenue has been handed over to the Petitioner/Mother.
