RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD)No.9092/2023, dt.18.05.2023 directing the Petitioner to deposit the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on the credit of the Crime No.174/2023 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur in spite of the conditions stated in Para No.6 of the order directing the Petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non-refundable deposit to the Credit of Aram Seya Virumbu, (A/C.No.423150050800264, IFSC Code TMBL0000423, Tamil Nadu Mercantile bank, Ambasamudram), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9092 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on the credit of the Crime No.174 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur inspite of the conditions stated in Para No.6 of the order directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as a Non-refundable deposit to the credit of Aram Seya Virumbu, (A/c No.423150050800264, IFSC Code https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.7943 of 2023 TMBL0000423, Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank, Ambasamudram), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds no merits to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
