COMMON ORDER The petitioners in these criminal original petitions alleged harassment at the hands of the first respondent. 2.According to the petitioners' counsel, in the guise of enquiry, the petitioners are being summoned to the Melapalayam Police Station. They are being compelled to execute the security bond.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor categorically stated that the petitioners will not be put to any kind of harassment. The said submission is recorded. If the respondents want to enquire the petitioners, the respondents will have to necessarily issue summons in writing. There is no question of orally summoning the petitioners herein.
