O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience against the order of this Court, dated 27.03.2023, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5622 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is no proper compliance of the order, dated 27.03.2023, this contempt petition is filed against the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that pursuant to the orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai and subsequent orders passed by this Court, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5622 of 2023, enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute between the members of the family and complainant also did not extend proper co-operation to complete the process of enquiry. The above report was submitted to the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, on 08.06.2023 and a copy to be served upon the petitioner.

4. There is no question of punishing the respondents for their wilful disobedience. The petitioner has to work out his remedy through proper proceedings.

5. This Contempt Petition stands closed.
