This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, seeking direction against the Respondents No.1 to 5 to cancel the layout approval in ROC.No.WR6T9DYU/2024/TCP, dated 09.08.2024 granted by the 3rd respondent and final approval in Na.Ka.No.198/2024, dated 12.11.2024 granted by the 5th respondent herein in favour of 6th Respondent in respect of Survey No.217/19A1A1A, in Veerapandi village obtained fraudulently on 2/5
petitioner's portion of land in patta no.13511, considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025.

Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to look into the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 seeking cancellation of lay out, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned/interested persons and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
