ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner for taking her livehood properties from her matrimonial house from the respondents 2 and 3. 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.105 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. Now the petitioner seeks police protection for taking her properties from the matrimonial house. He further submitted that the first respondent will conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and if necessary, the first respondent will provide police protection.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and take suitable action on merits. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
