PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.133 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 to A4 herein, who were arrested on 24.05.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 379 IPC in Crime No.133 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.On noting that the petitioners are the habitual offenders in similar nature, the earlier application that was filed by them along with co-accused came to be dismissed by this Court on 24.06.2022. Now, this is the second bail application.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the 1st petitioner is having 1 previous case.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to deposit the amount, which is involved in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12192 of 2022 the crime. It is also submitted that he is not pressing the petition, insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned. Insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they may be considered for granting bail since they are not involved in any previous case. 5.Considering the duration of the custody and considering the fact that the petitioners 2 and 3 are having no previous case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners 2 and 3 with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioners 2 and 3 are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and on further condition that the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned, this petition is dismissed.
