The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue Trip Sheet in furtherance of the petitioner's representations dated 02.04.2025 and 26.04.2025. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representations of the petitioner is already under consideration and they seek time to pass final orders. 4.In the light of the above, recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 and 26.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
