When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the representation of the petitioner was considered. During enquiry the petitioner did not appear for enquiry and the respondent alone appeared for enquiry and as per the undertaking given by the respondent the enquiry was closed on 13.08.2021 since the matter is civil dispute, hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
