CRL MP(MD) No.7906 of 2023 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 20.06.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
