CRL MP(MD) No.7905 of 2023 Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7250 of 2023, dated 19.04.2023 to permit the petitioners to produce the common sureties to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District instead of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the learned Magistrate concerned. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7250 of 2023, dated 19.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute common surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District.
