ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed to direct the Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 156 of 2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit is of the year 2020 and already 4 years have gone by. Therefore, he seeks speedy disposal.
3.In view of the innocuous relief sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, the same is ordered without notice to the respondent. 4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i)The learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.156 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four(4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
