Prayer in CRL A(MD)No. 286 OF 2023:

To call for records and set aside the judgment and conviction dated 14.03.2023, by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under Protection of Children Fro the Sexual offences Act, 2012 Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhr in Spl.S.C.No. 19 of 2022 and acquit the Appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJABOOPATHY D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5733 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.286 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.04.2023 till today, without fail.
