Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.In view of the order dated 26.11.2021 made in W.P.(MD)No.20251 of 2021, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. I make it clear that if the petitioner's rights are affected or infringed, it is always open to the petitioner to place his objection before the first respondent. The first respondent is obliged to consider the same before issuing patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. If any adverse order is passed, the first respondent will communicate the same to the petitioner so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law.

3.With liberty to the petitioner and direction to the first respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
