Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.645 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioners said to have received some amount under the guise of arranging a job in Aavin to the defacto complainant's son. Totally three persons are arrayed as accused and these petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had pleaded that they are innocents, however, to show their bona fide they are also prepared to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the credit of Crime No.645 of 2018 and prepared to co-operate for the investigation. 4.The case of the respondent is that all the accused are absconding. Therefore, the investigation is only in the beginning stage.
5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent State.

6.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] opposes the grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners. 7.Considering the bona fide approach made by the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- without prejudice to their right and considering the fact that money has been given by consent of the petitioners for arranging job, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the credit of Crime No.645 of 2018. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
8.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
