Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

The respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation dated 30.03.2022 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall put all the other interested persons on notice before passing final order. It is open to the respondent to pass order in one way or other.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
