Heard both sides.

2.This Court vide order dated 19.01.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.27983 of 2022 directed the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul to dispose of his representation dated 01.11.2022. I made it clear that without going into the merits of the matter, I am directing the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul to pass final order. The District Revenue Officer, Dindigul passed an order dated 26.07.2023 rejecting the petitioner's request. The petitioner has to necessarily question the same in the manner known to law.

3.With this liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
