(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents/contemnors for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 04.03.2021 passed W.A(MD)No.871 of 2019.

2. It is stated that against the order passed in W.A(MD)No.871 of 2019, S.L.P.No.15963 of 2021 is filed before the Honourable Supreme Court and an order of interim stay was granted on 25.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present with a liberty to the contemnor to reopen the same subject to the result of the S.L.P.
