[Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks disbursement of the Drought Relief Fund for the period of 2016 to Nadukkottai Village Farmers, Nadukkottai Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The Government of Tamil Nadu has already issued G.O.Ms.No.47 Revenue [DM3 (1)] Department dated 21.02.2017, in this regard. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader furnished the details which indicate that the input subsidy has been credited through Electronic System (ECS) in favour of a number of Nadukkottai Village Farmers. 3.If the writ petitioner is still having a grievance that the some of the eligible farmers have been left out, it is open to him to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
