This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first, second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation within the time stipulated by this Court. Page No. 2 of 5

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner intends to carry out a survey in the land in S.No.103/8C and not in S.No.103/8B.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the property in Survey No.103/8B was sold to the sixth respondent. The learned counsel would further submit that there is no Survey No.103/8C and that only to create trouble, the petitioner has given a representation before the concerned authorities.

4. It is not in dispute that the sixth respondent is in possession of the property in Survey No.103/8B.

5. Once a representation is made, it is for the authorities to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Therefore, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders, after giving notice to the petitioner and the adjacent landholders, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The possession of the sixth respondent in Survey No.103/8B shall not be disturbed in any manner whatsoever. Page No. 3 of 5

6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
