Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.448 of 2019 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 324 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. 2.Satheeshkumar is the defacto complainant. Crl.O.P(MD)No.11718 of 2020 he does not want to pursue the matter. Therefore, the impugned First Information Report stands quashed. The criminal original petition is allowed.
