[Order of the Court was made byG.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner has filed this petition in public interest. It is his case that Vandiyur Village Panchayat had alloted the land in Survey No.118/7 they sub divided as Survey No.118/12 measuring an extent of 2025 Square feet for constructing a Branch library. Subsequently, when the corporation limits of Madurai were expanded, this area got included in the coroporation limits. Therefore, unless the third respondent gives no objection for constructing a permanent building for Vandiyur Branch Library, the same cannot be put up.

2.The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 14.03.2017 in this regard. This Court directs the third respondent to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
