O R D E R

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The review is sought for of the order dated 16.03.2023 made in WA.(MD)No.269 of 2023.

2. The writ appeal was dismissed mainly on the ground that the conclusion of the Labour Court which are based on the evidence cannot be interfered with in an appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent. It is the primary contention of the learned counsel for the review applicant that the order dated 17.07.2015 is not an order of dismissal. But the Labour Court has found on evidence that it is an order of dismissal without an enquiry. The same was affirmed by the learned Single Judge also. Hence, we do not see there is any ground for reviewing the decision dated 16.03.2023.

3. In view of the same, this review application is dismissed. No costs.
