PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.121/2024 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against this petitioner in Crime No.121 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 341, 342, 302, 109 and 120(B) 1/3

IPC, and remanded her into judicial custody on 15.05.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to illegal affair between the petitioner and the deceased, the first accused and others have killed the deceased/Ramanathan. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, he has been arrested and he is languishing in jail from 15.05.2024. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent opposed for grant of bail on the ground that the investigation is in the crucial stage. However, he submitted that no previous case is pending as against the petitioner.

5. Though there is no previous case pending against the petitioner, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. 2/3
