period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the official respondents to pass order in one way or other. All the interested parties shall be put on notice.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
