Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Oo.Mu.B5/49611/2016 dated 31.10.2016 and Na.Ka.B5/34054/17 dated 07.08.2017 and to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry as per the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Oo.Mu.B5/49611/2016 dated 31.10.2016 and Na.Ka.B5/34054/17 dated 07.08.2017 and to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the land to an extent of 4-1⁄2 cents in S.No.196/1B situated at Kadaladi Camp, Karungulam Village, in Patta No.1508 and in respect of issue involved in issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

patta, the petitioner gave a complaint against the fourth respondent to the second respondent, which was also forwarded to the third respondent for taking appropriate action on 31.10.2016 and 07.08.2017. Since there is no progress, the present writ petition.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
