[Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN,J.] The Writ Petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment said to have been made in public channel in survey No.45/1 of Boganallur Village, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The fourth respondent is the competent authority. The petitioner has given a representation dated 17.06.2016 in this regard. The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed, after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers and by following statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
