This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2017 in the light of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent and cancel the document No.1837 of 2007 dated 09.04.2007 and document No.9636 of 2008 dated 29.12.2008.

2.Heard Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2017.

4.In view of the above submission and the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
