ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government counsel for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the second respondent from disclosing the personal information relating to the petitioner's father. It appears that a third party has sought information under the Right to Information Act. The petitioner would state that under Section 8(1)(j) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the personal information cannot be furnished. This Court cannot assume in advance that the authority will not bear the statutory exemption in mind while considering the application submitted by the fourth respondent. When the authority is engaged in discharging his statutory function, this Court will not be justified in micro managing the same. The writ petition stands disposed of.
