ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 448 and 392 IPC in Crime No.231 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been arrested in Crime No.146 of 2018 by the Pudhupattinam Police on 09.11.2018. Thereafter, he has been arrested in this case on 20.11.2018.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
