In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned enquiry notice dated 15.04.2025 issued by the fifth respondent. Since no interim order was obtained by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the fifth Page No. 2 of 5

respondent has also passed a final order on 06.05.2025 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.A1/773/2025, which has been challenged by one Imam Ali in W.P.(MD) No.14461 of 2025. In view of the same, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to implead himself in the aforesaid Writ Petition.
