ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for a direction to issue an Aadhaar Card to R.Nikkil.

2.At the hearing on 24.09.2021, a direction was issued to both Nikkil and Nittil to appear at an Authorized UIDAI Centre for purposes of providing requisite details and biometrics. Pursuant thereto, it appears that both Nikkil and Nittil appeared at the UIDAI Authorized Centre on 30.09.2021 and provided the requisite particulars and their respective biometrics. Documents have been produced to substantiate such submission. The petitioner has also enclosed photographs of the hands of Nikkil and Nittil so as to demonstrate that there is a significant difference, which may be noticed even on visual observation thereof.

3.Mrs.L.Victoria Gowri, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, also submits that the first respondent will proceed to issue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.From the documents produced by the petitioner, it appears that neither the petitioner nor his brother R.Nittil provided false information or biometrics with a view to deceive the first respondent.

5.In any event, the controversy stands resolved by obtaining the particulars of both Nikkil and Nittil on 30.09.2021. 6.Accordingly, W.P.(MD).No.14440 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the first respondent to issue the Aadhaar Card to R.Nikkil within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There will be no order as to costs.
