: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or direction, to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings in Ref.No.2575/EA4/TANCA/2017, dated 22.08.2017 (withheld) and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of law.

[Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.By the impugned order, the provisional admission made for the petitioner was withheld by the first respondent, presumably on the ground that there was some inter-se dispute in the community certificate produced.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/petitioner would submit a fresh community certificate has been obtained yesterday. Therefore, the same would be produced before the first respondent. 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is permitted to produce the copy of the community certificate produced before us, dated 28.08.2017 to the first respondent within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to take appropriate action, thereafter.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
