Mr.K.S.Selva Ganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025. 3.The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the said representation in the month of July, 2025.

4.Considering the limited relief and also the forthcoming celebrations to be held in the month of July, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, on or before 21.07.2025.
