PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and third respondents herein to conduct survey and demarcate four boundaries in respect of the property in S.No.271/19C situated at Thirupuvanam, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District with the aid of the second respondent and consequently direct the first and third respondents to issue survey reports within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.The learned Government Advocate would bring to my notice that in respect of application made by the petitioner pertaining to S.No.271/9C, the survey has already been conducted and the petitioner has been shown his four boundaries. She would 2/5

further point out that in the writ affidavit, the petitioner seeks survey of a totally different Survey No.271/19C, for which, no application has been made. If at all, the petitioner is having any right over the said survey number, it shall be open to the petitioner to make necessary separate application for surveying the said survey number on furnishing satisfactory evidences in support of ownership of the said survey number.

3.With the above liberty, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
