Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,to set aside the Fair and decreetal order dated 09-03-2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in IDOP.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District Judge,Tenkasi in Tenkasi District.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and a requisition letter submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Tenkasi, vide D.No.103/2024, dated 23.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in I.D.O.P.No.28 of 2021. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 15.06.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in I.D.O.P.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Thenkasi, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned Additional District Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing I.D.O.P.No.28 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Thenkasi, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
