Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has moved this application for anticipatory bail, that he is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417, 418 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner before the respondent police station. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the petition enquiry as contemplated in Lalitha Kumari Vs State of Government of Uttar Pradesh and others case, reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353, within the stipulated time. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the respondent police for the enquiry and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police. 4.In the event, if the respondent police is decided to proceed with the complaint by registering FIR, the petitioner is at liberty to move for regular anticipatory bail.
