The petitioner seeks for a direction to consider her representation, dated 04.05.2017 for releasing the Chief Minister Relief Fund for accidental death of her son on 02.07.2013. 2.According to the petitioner, her son namely, Iyyampandi died on 02.07.2013, while he was engaged in digging the Well and in respect of death, a case was registered in Cr.No.300 of 2013 under Section 174 Cr.P.C.
3.The petitioner would allege that the owner of the land, namely, one Karmegam did not pay any compensation. Therefore, she gave representations to the first and second respondents dated 04.05.2017 and 05.05.2017 respectively seeking compensation under the Head of Chief Minister's fund. Since no favourable order has been passed, the present writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.T.R.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
