ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent and his subordinate officials not to prevent the petitioner Trust from operating the Ambulance services, on the basis of the representation, dated 02.08.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based upon the representation sent by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.985/SDOT/Camp/PTN/2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the rival groups settled the issue between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.14422 of 2021 themselves, by which, the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN 75 AS 8976, which belongs to Tamilnadu Muslim Munnatta Kalagam (Kumari) Trust, was permitted to operate as Ambulance service. 3.In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by way of this compromise between the parties. So, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. In the meantime, let the closure report be circulated to the petitioner for perusal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
