ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 18.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.28574 of 2023.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that against the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.28574 of 2023, dated 18.12.2023, the State has filed a writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.2638 of 2024. The Honourable Division Bench of this Court has granted interim orders in the said writ appeal on 20.12.2024.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition depending upon the outcome of the W.A.(MD).No.2638 of 2024.
