Karuppaiah situated at Ilankaran Village, Kanjirankal Group, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District, within the time stipulated by this Court. Heard Mr.V.Baskaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner seeks limited relief of a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025, regarding wrong mutation of patta in the name of the Dharmaraj S/o.Karuppaiah, instead of Sundaram S/o. Karuppaiah. 2/5

3.In view of the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to direct the second respondent to conduct due enquiry and give opportunity to the petitioner as well as Dharmaraj and Karuppaiah, within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
