RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition in the order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.8043 of 2023 dt.27.4.2023 that the Petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to common sureties.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHIDEEN BASHA N, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.THANGA ARAVINDH.B, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8043 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties (common surety)each for like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate.

3.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
