O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner in S.No.110/6, T.Andipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District following the decree and Judgment in O.S.No.49/1995 on the file of the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk.

2.Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the records. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though this Writ Petition is filed praying for a larger relief, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.08.2017.

4.In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
