ORDER:- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Sivabalan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9284 of 2021, dated 14.07.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
