This petition has been filed to quash the impugned demand notice and computation sheet issued by the 1st respondent vide DIN and Notice No.ITBA/AST/S/156/2021-22/ 1041701229(1) dated 26.03.2022 and the consequential impugned demand notice issued by the 2nd respondent vide DIN and Letter No.ITBA/COM/F/17/2022-23/1043486125(1) dated 20.06.2022.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.15046 of 2022, dated 18.07.2022 no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
