Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2017 and issue the document No.201760089, P201760090, P201760091, P201760092 that were registered with the 2nd respondent.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2017 and issue the documents bearing Nos.P201760089, P201760090, P201760091, P201760092 registered with the 2nd respondent.

2.According to the petitioners, they purchased some properties from one Sivakumar, s/o.Venkatachalam, which were registered on 19.06.2017 with the office of the 2nd respondent and the petitioners also paid necessary fees for registration. Thereafter, when they enquired with the 2nd respondent, it was informed that since there is dispute between the said Sivakumar and another person, the documents could not be issued to the petitioners. Hence, petitioners sent a representation to the respondents 1 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2 on 10.07.2017. Since, no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard Mr.D.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 10.07.2017 and pass suitable orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy and communicate the decision to the petitioners.
