Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in CC No.160 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. The petitioner wants the said proceedings to the expedited. It is a two year old case. 3.The learned trial Magistrate is requested to complete the entire proceedings on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
