Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM V, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM,Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5869 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172) and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
